STATE OF ALASKA COPIER CONTRACT - CENTRAL SOUTHEAST ALASKA ZONE (Sitka, Petersburg, Wrangell)

This award includes seven lots of B&W copiers and seven lots of B&W/color copiers. They are ranked according to speed, identified as "copies per minute." Steps to procure a copier:

1. Determine the appropriate lot based on the speed of the copier that will meets your agency need and whether you need B&W or color.
2. Determine how many copies you expect to make each month. Suggestion – look at copy counts or meter reads that are on the copier you are replacing or possibly on old invoices. You can also count the number of reams of paper (500 sheets per ream) to estimate your usage.
